Does anyone here screen print for them selfs?

besides being a threadless slave i also screen my own shirts for my band other bands and for my ow namusement,,, does anyone else screen print to?

I'd love to do it but there are a few set backs:
1) I cannot design anything to save my life.
2) I heard they cost alot of money to get :\

i screen print in my closet.....

i print at a free class at a local comunity college

after the first semester the teache stops bugging you to learn stuff and he just lets you print all day

its great cause the ink / emulstion/ clean up chemicals and a bunch of other stuff is all free for the taking

screen kits arent that bad
maybe $50 or so for 3 inks, a screen, squeejee and all the chemicals you need...

i got one this summer. i love it.
i make shirts for my video tech club.

i know the colors arent the best on that one. my kit only came with red, yellow, and black...so i worked with it...

*oh i've since gotten new inks/mixed new colors, so every shirt i make in a different combination of colors

lime green comes out the best.
