Submission scoring numbers were at their highest in 2007. Designs were averaging around 2500 scorers back then, now the average is around 600 scorers. We want to get this number up again.

Some ideas:
Mobile Scoring App
Facebook Scoring App
Stricter sub policies
Scoring incentives

I know there have been other discussions about this. Do y'all have any other ideas or insights about this?
