I loved this as soon as I saw it. It reminds me of the film Yellow Submarine - the style isn't so similar but I get the same sort of creepy vibe from this picture.

For me, the breasts are what give this image it's power. They raise the issue of motherhood (and nurses are often perceived as threatening mother figures), then twists it by including nudity that would be very inappropriate in life, and mutation.



Sadly, loads of people here get freaked at the idea of normal breasts; supernumery cartoon ones will have them running for the hills.
