Highest Scoring Shirts Ever?

At first I was concerned about the fate of some of my favorite submissions when I saw they had final scores of around 3.3, but then I was informed that it's a fairly good score, and the highest scoring shirt ever only had a 3.8?

What was the highest scoring shirt, some of the highest scoring that you know of, or shirts you really think deserved to have lower/higher scores?

I have one on the 385th page, which means there are only 18,400 submissions that scored higher. :)
