Base Shirt Color
There are some shirts that I really like, but I simply refuse to buy them in their base colors. I won't purchase a shirt that's white, gray, or natural. I'm adverse to wearing blue shirts as well, since I don't want to wear jeans and look like a walking strip of blue on the sidewalk.

I realize that changing the base color for some shirts screws up the fabled extra color cheat on a lot of designs, but is it possible to request a reprint of a shirt in alternate colors short of blogging it and requesting a new palette?

i agree with you, man. Except on the bit about the blue shirts. Denim shirts work pretty well with well-worn jeans and the right accessories.

Maybe dark blue shirts work with faded jeans, but straight up blue with normal jeans is a no-go. I need pure distinction between shades.

Yeah, I never know what to do with all my light blue shirts.. Threadless should cut back on the flow of accepted designs on light blue, it's not really a combinable color (unless you're a raver or wear slacker pants, and i'm sure as hell not gonna be become a raver or wear slacker pants). i was thrilled when Pandamonium got reprinted in red.

So there's really no way to request colors in an official form, I guess?



I'd like to see You Sank My Battleship on black and Lemuria on some shade of green.

You're right, but blue jeans are the most common pants in my wardrobe. I have some brown jeans, but eh...
