  • " i know lots of annoying pseudogoth girls who would squeal over this."
i don't know lots of pseudogoth girls, but this totally reminds me of the ones i USED to know back in high school, which is sort of really annoying, so i as well would not wear this. otherwise, good job.

btw, your first submission is REALLY similar to a drawing i did a long time ago for a cd cover. just wanted to mention that!

  • wasn't so into the idea, but i think the design was look awesome on a t-shirt: the colours are great, especially on that red one!

  • i don't like the colour of the deers... no, goats? maybe you were going for that effect, but it reminds me of those old hunting paintings you'd find in grandma's basement, and they really depress me.

  • i agree with a few comments left here... including that the female body is beautiful. hell, i draw naked women all the time (and for the record, i'm a "heterosexual" girl). but in (my) society lately it's getting more and more normal for women to be wearing less and less (this is especially disturbing when very young girls are trying to prove their sexuality), and this really bothers me and a lot of other people i know and you might accuse us of being old-fashioned, or needing a boost of self-esteem (you shouldn't take personally how other people dress, etc.), but there are so many issues surrounding this fact that girls are constantly putting themselves on display that this is really no place to get into them.

(alright, i'll get into it a little bit): i mean, snoop dogg had a point in saying that the hoes in his videos are just that: hoes. and if you're a lady, you will be treated and respected as a lady. but he doesn't realize that a lot of ladies are turning into hoes because they find that this is the only way of getting (recognizable) attention from men, and our culture has for whatever reason made it important for women to need male justification to feel good about themselves (note that this is my personal interpretation of a good chunk of female behaviour).

SO, naked women have obviously been popular models in all sorts of art, and i guess there's always that fine line between vulgar and beautiful. Especially because vulgar can itself be beautiful sometimes! BUT, i just think that those fine-lines, when displayed on a t-shirt (especially one worn by a man) support that message of women constantly needing to prove and get approved their sexuality. like someone said in a post, this type of design is ok to be admired on your own (on a wall), but i just think that it gives off a different message when on a t-shirt. to those men who have never experienced this, i hope you'll start to understand, and to the women who think i'm totally off base... i hope you'll understand too!

(i guess i needed to rant as well - thanks for reading!)

  • the design is super cool, but don't like the symmetry of it, nor the writing underneath... MAYBE if the writing was in a different style (i THINK you were going for elegant, but i'd switch to a more playful font... probably handwritten). Although if you took all that out, it would seem that the design'd be lacking something, and i have no suggestions for that except then maybe play around with the placement on the shirt (maybe lower corners would work?)
Anyway, it's beautiful, so good luck!
