ok, so here's the deal. my stupid secret clear gel "amazing" deodorant has "bleached" out the armpits on a number of my shirts, which sucks A LOT. it's vintage shirts, threadless shirts, tank tops, whatever. it's not consistent.
i wrote them and they were not helpful at all. they said it was the shirt's fault, or the "pH of the dye" in the shirt, which is bull, and i'm super not happy w/ them. so don't buy the secret gel deodorant for ladies that has kind of a shimmery label. seriously. anyway - does anyone know a good way to clean these shirts? spot cleaning? what have people tried that's worked, as far as stain removal? regular washing isn't cutting it, and it's not like the stains are conspicuous at all, and i really don't want bleached out armpits in a bunch of my favorite shirts. so, in conclusion. help me, threadless blog readers, and fuck you, proctor and gamble, maker of secret deodorant and a great deal of other products. |
I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
