one thing i hate is how long my fingers smell like garlic after i chop it up
what i hate even more is i cant stop sniffing them

I heard that if you rub your garlic fingers on stainless steel (like a spoon) it makes the smell go away.

I never tried it..... I buy pre-peeled garlic and use a garlic press to avoid the finger smell issue.

All I know is that it is proper etiquette to have garlic breathe of your partner does too.

I tend to love garlic, so also have garlic breath.

And upso, that last sentence of yours brought to mind Mary CAtherine Gallagher skits from Saturday Night Live.

i love having garlic breath - is that ok?

my mom told me that wiping your hands with the flat side of a clean knife after chopping garlic helps relieve the smell.

If any of you garlic lovers live in Northern NJ.... I have a restaurant recommendation. Check out the menu at this place. Each meal comes with an entire bulb of oven roasted garlic, and each item on the menu is fully garlic loaded.

Unfortunately, my girlfriend hates garlic, so I barely get to eat it these days, especially not in something I cook myself. What kind of vegetarian hates garlic?!
