I think the whale with a delicate background might be nice. Also, make it more obvious that the thing on his head is a ship wreck (am i right, is that what it is?)

Yeah, it needs to be cleaned up a bit, but that is indeed a ship and not a banana. Although maybe I should just give up and make it a banana.

Got frustrated trying to illustrate the whole thing so I submitted the simple whale. I did try adding some background, but I preferred the bold, straightforward approach for this.
