My (too) fast flashing sub - "Show me the mirror (again)"

From the comments I've received so far on my sub "Show me the mirror (again)", it seems that I set the timings for the 3 frame presentation a little fast :(

I've added the separate frame links to the comments list, and here are images of the frames, which I hope make things easier to follow...
