ok well i don't have a vector program but i have a great idea for a shirt. how much do they cost?

im thinking of like putting a boy in a cape and having him be "flying"...on his belly on a swing set. you know when you were little you would pretend to be a hero doing that crap. do you think that would be a good one?

You could probably get something freeware - Inkscape I think is free.

Adobe products are expensive and only really worth buying if you're gonna spend a lot of time using them.

Have you sketched your idea on paper?

Maybe you can download a trial of something like Illustrator.

Your idea sounds pretty cool

you could always go for a trial version if youŽre not up to buy any program i think..for example at adobe.com there is a 30-days trial for free...buyin this with all the license stuff is pretty expensive if youŽre just beginning...donŽt know how much it is from where you live, but i had to pay smth around 2000 bucks for the CS2(3)if i would have bought it by myself......or maybe you know someone with a multi-user license and you could use it legally, too(dats what i did)....if youŽre not down with legal stuff anyway just crack it off somewhere and illustrate....but be aware then!(this was not an advice!)

if youŽre goin to buy some vector programs,iŽd spent some money on a wacom,too....tryin it with a mouse can be very frustrating and is no fun at all.....just go the adobe site for example and check out what kind of program or package of programs would suit your ambition best and check out the trial first before youŽre spending a LOT of money iŽd suggest....

You can get a substantial discount on Adobe software if you are in education.

All about me

i like the beauty of randomness. im not the best listener at times because i tend to be in my own thoughts. i am a deep thinker. i like poetry and i like going to the beach, especially when the sun is rising or setting depending on which coast you're on, because that determines which will be over the water. i like hanging out with my friends and making random noises when it gets too quiet, i have a love for music...i like ice cream
