citi credit card -- anyone have one?

this is a rant, on my part.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM!

Guh. I should have went with CapitalOne, because this is bullshit. My statement date was Today. Nothing has posted yet. Nor has anything been updated on the "unbilled activity" since Nov. 1st. GREIHAHTLK! I'd like to see what's being charged on my Current Balance, so I know that I'm not paying for something screwed up.

i am so mad. sososo mad. I'm so tempted to just rip this card to shreds and go to capital one. ugh.

anyone have any positive experiences with them? i've only been with them for about a month and i loathe them.

my available credit is down to 48$ and i have a total credit line of 1000$. i KNOW i didnt spend around 900$. I only spent about 300$. what. the. hell.

I have a visa check card.......i don't go in debt this way........i also couldn't buy a car but...you know......

i have one of those too, through my bank. but i needed to build up my credit so i could buy a car or other things in the future. but this is just rediculous. they said that i cant dispute the charges till they post, and its been 6 days. boyfriend said wait until 10 days and if it doesnt post i legally dont have to pay for it. but grr. i hate this. i hate it not showing me what im paying for. it just shows my balance at 84$ and i dont know what charges they are for.

grr.

Is it Citi or Capital One that protects you from vikings?

I've never had any trouble with Citi (it's MBNA that makes me want to throw someone out a window) but why are you talking to us about it?

If you think your card is screwed up, you need to call them in case someone used your number.

they said they cant do anything about the invalid charges until it posts. in which it hasnt. and its been forever.

I got my first credit through Bank of America (since I already banked there)...and they're great. When I was moving from MA to Illinois, they stopped the card and then called to tell me they thought it might be stolen. When I told them it was me making purchases at gas stations all along I-90, they re-activated the card and it worked in 5 minutes.

and the lady said, "Good luck with the move."...that's pretty nice.
