I have sent Threadless two emails telling them I have the golden tag for this shirt and given them a picture and I have yet to hear back from them, mind you I sent them a couple of days go. I would really lke to know what is going on...sorry for the rant

they took about two days to get back to me, but that was before the sale, and I also had sent it early in the week. I'd say it's just taking more time since things get busy during a sale and because it's the end of the week.

so... have some patience!

I got an email within hours... and I only emailed them a couple days ago, in the middle of the sale peak. :P I think it depends on who is working and whether or not they have a pre-written reply already typed up.

Yours may entail more work, to verify and get your prize to you, etc. so they are just putting it on hold.

People should stop expecting things to happen fast during a sale. They've got about a bajillion orders over the past week, I guarantee it. You know what's ridiculous? Expecting such a small staff to handle such a huge onslaught of work instantaneously!

I dont mind the wait during the sales, Ill wait a few extra days for my stuff to ship out for a nice price break anyday. All im worried about is getting the prints before they sell out.

I got a gold tag on another shirt, emailed my photo about 2 weeks ago and STILL have not heard anything. It would have been nice to use in my last order. :(

I've had the same problems, and I sent my first e-mail two weeks ago or so. I was worried that it was just me not being replied to at first. I hope you get your problems solved.
