What's your rating method? I am pretty sure there are different schools of thought. I tend to see negative votes on pretty good designs; designs which are technically and undoubtedly well made.
Of course anyone can choose their own methods. Also, deciding to promote something because it falls under your personal taste is totally legitimate.

My method is very simple: is this illustration a good idea? Could someone wear this? And, above all: is it a relevant idea/creation, or a known cliché?
