I am hooked on this game and it is 50% off if you purchase it on Steam this weekend. Greatest video game value for $4.99 DO IT!

Plants Vs Zombies @ Steam

Its like desktop tower defense games where streams of enemies come at you and you build different things to fight them...only its much more streamlined, colorful, and fun...and its got zombie killing plants!

...but seriously, a pro-life politician (he and his whole family are fucking nuts) in my home town just ran down a girl holding a sign that was against his beliefs and then he backed over her...she lived I believe, I just heard about it tonight...so I'm not sure.

Years ago, one of his close relatives raped and shot a woman, left her for dead, then brought the gun to the police station and told them he did it. He is not in prison right now. He also shot his brother's children's dogs in front of them because he was irritated by their barking. Again, he is not in prison. The whole family is a bunch of nut jobs (bears repeating).

OH, OH, OH, and the best part is the crazy guy that ran the girl over, once tried to hire me to do some political comic strips on spec, and I was smart enough to turn him down, even though I was quite young.

I will update as she reads out loud to me some more...

The List So Far:

1. Fro-licking (apparently someone in the story likes to lick fro's)

2. Un-for-tu-ate-ly

always time for pie: sample

I have been sitting on this idea for I don't know how long...maybe a year, maybe a little more...anyway there was a streak of "Apple Pi" designs for a while so I decided to let that die down, even though its only loosely connected to my idea, and even then only 1/12 of the overall design...

Anyway, some are more finalized looking than others, but none of the images is a final inking, because there wont be line art when its done. Any types of pie this design can't live without? I don't really think I need every type of fruit or meat pie so skip things like cherry/key lime...etc..and for anyone feeling the need to be perverted, just don't.

I recently posted the blog about making custom figures/toys, and after getting a great deal of info, I found out its relatively easy and inexpensive to do. So I am going to sculpt up some different figures and make some small runs. I plan to post a process blog with turtorials, prices, and websites for additional help if it all works out.

Acrylizard: The Painted Turtle

Anyway, this is the toy version I am sculpting tonight of my painted turtle design.

Consumer @ emptees

I haven't had any luck doing anything with this so I tossed it up on emptees...maybe if it gets a decent amount of support someone over there might be interested in it. Any help is appreciated.

Yay, 96 loves so far, I have never had that many, and I have had 3 inquiries into purchasing the design already. Thanks to the people here that helped make it so popular!

I used to be able to guess a score within .2 almost everytime, especially my own, based on comments, but taking 2 of my latest as an example, my expectations of these were completely flipped, though to be honest, even if you reversed the scores the Hybrid design still scored much better than I expected based on feedback.

Whats crazy is how similar these two were. Both had animal parts and patterns, similar inking styles, and were presented on white shirts. They also had a nearly identical amount of scores, and were scored very closely together.

To be honest, I couldn't be happier with either score, im just blown away by how insanely different the scores are from what I expected.

My hypothesis is that people do not write nearly as many critical comments as when I first joined. So the amount of comments is largely based on how many people feel like letting you know they like your design and is much less indicative of the overall scoring sentiment. In the old days, getting nearly 40 more positive comments (duplicate comments considered) almost always meant getting a much better score. Clearly this is no longer the case.
