The lower the voter turnout, the higher the score usually for some reason, maybe because the 5's count as so much more when averaged in. But a high score and a high voter turnout is all the more impressive.

There is a chance, its true, to score higher, I would suppose, but 5's dont mean anything more. It just takes a smaller majority to swing the score in either direction, good or bad.
