Actually, Escher wasn't a sculptor. This tee is parodying one of his many woodblock images (which, apparently, has been rendered in sculpture by another artist). I think he did more than one spiraled ribbon head images, but here's one of them:

The sculpture you posted is by Kim-Kilian Eunwha, not Escher.
