the design is stolen from miso and ghostpatrol,

ok, I understand. But I know that Threadless will get it fixed out. The fraud won't be receiving any money, and I'm sure they'll be getting the right money to the owner of the design

That's not yet clarified, and it has been asked that potential buyers wait for Threadless and Miso and Ghostpatrol to work out a deal in the coming days.
