Alas, a hole!

about FrequenCity

Just received my most current order, and although I adore them all there is a gaping hole in the side of my FrequenCity. Humph. First time it happened but what a downer. At least it's not sold out yet... have to check out their policies to see what I can do about it.

A shirt I bought for mywife had a hole... we sent it back but are waiting for the new shirt. I think the package was caught in the conveyor belt durring shipping and it tore a hole through the packaging and the shirt.
