Wow thanks for that video. Looks like a ton of layer/texture/halftone/textured brushes came into play.

All the best, this will most likely get printed.

That was awesome.
Though half of the time i had no clue what was going on.
My computer would crash instantly if i used that many layers.

IhnatiucLuigi, the song is an instrumental version of Blind Guardian's latest album, its called Sacred

Lonkiponk, the real video had 3 hours, we had to compress it into 7 minutes =/. We'll think on something to show our process a little less confusing :)

Really cool process. Did that start with a pencil drawing, and then you adjusted the contrast?

Yes. The first step is a photo reference, then the drawing, and so the digital adjust/colors/ details

Awesome video and submission. This will print for sure.

Where did you get those great PhotoShop texture brushes? The look sweet.

that was incredible. how do you adjust the hue of the original pencil sketch? I notice it took on a bluish tint after the initial scan, but not sure how to accomplish this. your skills are insane.

Musarter, the brushes are custon-made, we used watercolor stains and scanned!

opifan64, no tricks, just remove all the saturation to have a grayscale image, then adjust the levels, letting the image a little more dark
