I think that it means that those are the current hairstyles, and that they are really boring.

the artist intended it to not make sense (so i was told) and to make it mean what ever you want it too. all my friends think it means that everyone is going 'emo' and growing their hair like that and its just boring like what snacktivity said, when ever someone asks me what it means when i wear it i say "its just an awsome design, it could be what ever you want it too.

I interpret this shirt as a celebration of the hairstyles of old and a proclamation that the old clebrated hairstlyes are better than those to come.

It is an expresion of one's true inner self by insulting the hair decisions of the failures befor you. The white is such a pure color, but it is juxtaposed with a fightening array of black and corrupted hair. The text means nothing; its sole purpose is to detract from the innocence of white.
