about Merge
For a minute or two I thought the girly shirt in this photo was dip-dyed darker on the bottom, which would have been really cool.
Seems it's just wet, which would be a difficult effect to replicate in everyday usage.
It's still a lovely design, though.

Wow, a dip-dyed bottom would make this shirt even cooler! Pass the idea along!

I thought something similair, that it was printed to the seem or something. I would have bought it if it were (or dip-dyed) And didntt realize it wasn't until I questioned why the guys was not.

I completely second the dip-dye idea! ME TOO!! I also thought it was originally done that way.

Wouldn't that just ROCK this tee!! I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I don't know...I would assume a treatment like dip-dye would be a pre-print thing. I'm not sure if it will then darken the printed design in an awkward line across the bottom, or how the printing inks would react (absorb dye, not absorb dye). Anyone tried something like this?

you could try blocking off the design and then dyeing it.

batik maybe?

That would really awesome if they would do that for the next printing. It would probably also jack up the price and make it a select shirt or something, but it would be a gorgeous shirt.
