College Blog

So the may first deadline is coming. I've been really busy with both private life and all the stuff that I needed to fill out and such for college.

I think I've decided though.
I have almost everything paid for me in grants here, so I think I'm just gonna go with it.

i'd appreciate any comments about the robert morris campus in chicago.

Any other seniors who have made up their minds/still struggling?

I'm sorry, I just wanted to go against what Steve said.

But I do enjoy the college lifestyle. If you like naps, beer pong, and pizza at 2 in the morning, college is definitely the right choice.

SERIOUSLY the best place ever. And they deliver until 3 in the morning, making them EVEN BETTER.

I'm going to OSU, in Ohio.
Even though I got 1/4 of the scholarships for there that I did for OU...

but, I'm sure I'll live/ get out of debt someday.

I'm going to the University of Texas in Austin. I'm going to be in debt forever. Go college!
I think the only valid advice I can give is make sure you visit the campus before you decide to attend because it'll really suck if you end up hating it there.

That's what i'm afraid of canceromega.

I live in Texas too, so it's kinda hard for me, especially with the way gas/plane tickets are right now.

There's still a part of me hoping everything will just come together.

Oh yikes, I understand about not being able to afford a visit. The only reason I got to visit out of state was because the college offered to pay for the trip. All I know is that if you go there, then be prepared for cold cold weather, especially since you're from Texas!

I'm still deciding on Roosevelt University and North Park University.

I have a friend who was thinking about Robert Morris in Chicago. I'm not sure if she is going there though.

But good luck with your decision. It's hard to decide which school to go to. : /

itd be stupid not to spend some money touring the college u could be spending 4 or more years at... you dont want to commit urself and then find out its not right for you but are already commited unless you want to go through application process again
