What have I missed?

I've been away in Turkey this past week (which I must recommend, especially Montana Pine Resort in Fethiye/Oludeniz)
Firstly the tee I've been wanted reprinted since my birth at threadless got reprinted, and I just so happen to have spent all my money on alcohol and the average holiday activities.
Secondly, what is this whole secret santa thing....?!

You had Foo Fighters, Pixies, Incubus, QOTSA, Biffy etc last year, cant remember everyone I saw.
This year you've just got loads crap (imo) for example, MCR.
Still got some good stuff like Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Belle & Sebastian, Pearl jam, Placebo, The Shins, Jet etc

I didn't see Foo Fighters, Pixies, Incubus or Biffy last year. I did see QOTSA but I don't like them, there just happened to be nothing better on.

This year we have Less Than Jake, Taking Back Sunday, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Panic! at the Disco (shoot me for that one but it'll be fun), Dashboard Confessional, The Futureheads, Flogging Molly, Maximo Park, Boy Kill Boy, Goldie Lookin' Chain, Coheed and Cambria, Reel Big Fish, Alexisonfire, and Muse too (though I'll miss them because of a clash).

And MCR were really good last year so I'll be seeing them again too.

Yeah not too keen on MCR at all, thats why I didn't go see them last year. Already seen Reel Big Fish, so they aren't much of a big deal to me if I see them or not, as well as Goldie lookin' Chain.
TBS & Dashboard are possibilities this year for me to watch, & i may just go see panic because my friend who I'll be with likes them. Flogging molly, yeah. Coheed, yeah, Alexis, yeah.
I think last year suited my tastes more. All depends what you're in to.

I've seen Reel Big Fish, GLC and TBS before, but I never mind seeing the same band twice.

I thought last year was more indie and old stuff. And I spent the whole festival alone because my phone was stolen so I couldn't arrange to meet up with anyone, which sucked.

Yeah my phoned ran out of battery and I lost my digi cam which ruined most my saturday night. Spent half my time without my friends because I lost them in mosh pits.
This year I'm going to try and tie us all together... some way or another.
Would be nice if next year they have a good mix.

I couldn't believe they didn't have somewhere to recharge your phone last year. Not that it mattered to me, my phone was stolen on the Thursday night.
