Could someone explain the "90 day rule"?
I just kinda heard about this, but what is it exactly is it and when was it enacted?

basically, if it's been in the fridge for more than 90 days, just throw it out, man. it's not worth it.

i'll answer for reals!

i think it was enacted in 2006 sometime. it just means after 90 days you can claim the rights back to a design and sub it somewhere else without necessarily asking threadless for permission. they do, however, still choose designs that are older than 90 days, though, if they haven't been subbed anywhere else.
