umm similar but not that much that you need to whine about it. plus it seemed that more people cared about this one look at the comments .. this one generated more buzz than yours so it got picked

honestly, this design that one is better than the other, but it's all personal opinion. Don't sweat it dude. Just keep designing. It's all good.

I totally agree. I would definitely email threadless about this blatant ripoff. I would also alert the media and local law enforcement.

The design that got printed has a better name, is a better composition than the floating objects, and doesn't have a heart in it. All on their own perfectly valid reasons to go with the design that won IMO.

Uh...they really are not that similar...

Your design is less balanced than the other...

it is has less objects...

it is open to a completely different interpretation...

I prefer your design; however, I don't think Threadless happens to have a favourite designer(s)...

ok, that's just ignorance. Penguins reside in the south, in Antartica. Check your penguin facts.
