Pending Approval....then gone in 20 minutes

Hi, this is starting to bug me now, I'm not sure what is going on.

1. I submit a design and get and email thanking me for the submission.
2. The design appears in my gallery with a 'pending approval' sign on it.
3. Within 20 minutes it vanishes without any notice or email stating that it has been declined.

I have been away from threadless for a few years and wondered if this is how things are done now or is it due to technical problems. I would have thought that declined submissions would stay on your design page so you can keep track of what you have or have not submitted.

Wait for howlong exactly? It seems stupid waiting for an email that is never going to come.
Another design I submited vanished in this way and that was over a week ago. I would like confirmation one way or the other...has it been declined or will I get an email stating that it has been declined, and will I get an explanation for it's decline.

On another note I have also noticed that on my account page where it says how many designs I have scored, the number has not increased, even though I have rated at least 50 over the weekend. Could this whole thing be some kind of technical error since I have been inactive for several years?

i don't know anything about submissions, but with scoring it does not enter your total until a bout a day after it is done scoring...
