GTA 4 midnight release

tonight at midnight one of my local game stores is opening to release the game the second the 29th begins. i can't afford it right now but i'm tempted to go just to see cuddly pastey guys with patchy beards hopped up on redbull.
that's the same reason i went to the midnight screening of star wars 3 and it was totally worth it.

i kind of dropped a hint to my girl that i wanted it by stating over and over again "Grand Theft Auto 4 comes out on Tuesday or you can even say GTA4 for PS3 and the Best Buy guys will point you in the right direction!!!" i repeated this so many times in past 2 days i have lost count

Yeah - I agree, but if the game nerd says it's worth getting for the online, alone - it can't be that one-dimensional.

I think you're wrong, Jebbie. He might have GTA 3, or GTA: Liberty City Stories, or GTA: Vice CIty, or GTA: Vice City Stories, or GTA: San Andreas, which were all released between GTA 3 and GTA 4.

I'm sure my brother has pre-ordered it though.

I know for a fact that there are tollbooths in this (can you tell I've never played gta?) so I don't know about the others. GTA games don't have enough cuddly fun nintendo characters for me.

I actually have way more fun just watching people play games like this than playing them myself. Then i get to be a back-seat gamer! YEAY! So, anyone live on THIS SIDE of the world who wants someone to get them popcorn and soda in exchange for all-night sofa chilling privileges?
