Between this and the "Tagged" incident, maybe Threadless needs to put some more detail on the submissions page about what consitutes a violation of copyright. Some people apparently need to have the obvious spelled out for them.

I can't believe the original "Tagged" submitter was so clueless.

Re Tagged...copyrighted or not..the whole point of Threadless is to submit something youve created yourelf.

Tracing doesnt quite cut it.

the original was a photo on gettyimages, but the second was SO OBVIOUSLY copied off of the first, there's no way that he didn't straight jack it.

hey, that person from the original sub did outbreak girl... which was the first shirt i got at threadless in 2003. i don't think them tracing that photo would be considered jacking, since it is a stock image that they feasibly could have purchased. but what that other person did is just silly.
