Does anyone know any legal information about using photos as reference for vector illustrations or images? i.e. how do they decide whether it's legal or not?

I definitely started from scratch. Also, some submissions that have been scored 3 or above have been resubmits. I'm not saying that this would have scored that high, but shouldn't people at least have a chance to vote? If anything, they shouldn't throw out the resubmits, but throw out the shitty posterized emo pieces of crap that are flooding into this site every day. Okay bye.

I'm going to add a word bubble for the back to explain it.. But I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Is there a reason that certain submissions (i.e. mine) get bumped to the middle or last pages? I'm assuming it's because they suck, but maybe there's a deeper reason.
