Alex Grey?
This strongly reminds me of a piece by Alex Grey, but it's not quite as crazy. I'm not crying out "plagiarism," merely noting the similarities.

I definitely see the similarities, although Grey's is much more extensive. Similar none the less...

Inspired by,maybe... It still echoes a very strong resemblance to Grey's piece, making them similar, since both share common characteristics.
