I would imagine only staffers would really be able to answer this question, unless some other of you guys have inside info in the Threadless world or something. . .
But yes, does Threadless have any plans in the works for introducing any new specialty printing methods/techniques/inks anytime in the future? I understand that they have given us the opportunity to work with so many cool techniques and processes already and I am forever thankful to them for that, but surely there must be even more cool stuff to be able to do with clothing? Some things I would personally LOVE to see: belt-printed hoodies I was just revealed to me today with the unveiling of Elephas Maximus that Threadless cannot currently belt-print hoodies, which I think is a shame as hoodies are my favorite article of clothing to wear and belt-prints offer some of the most unique and creative opportunities for crazy cool designs IMO. patchwork this would be kind of like embroidery, but with patches of different clothes or fabrics sewn in to form shapes of part of the designs instead. I think this would be a pretty cool addition to the Threadless arsenal of printing methods as I have seen it on other shirts and I think it looks pretty freaking sweet. this one might be a little out there, but jeans (or other pants) Has Threadless ever thought about branching out into desinging specialty jeans? I mean c'mon, EVERYBODY wears jeans. I'm sure this question has probably been posed before, and it would probably take a lot of time, but I think Threadless designers could go crazy imaginitive coming up with all kinds of cool new and unique designs for jeans. My sister recently bought a pair of jeans with a frog screenprinted on them and they look AWESOME. So yeah, to sum it up do you guys have any of these or any other cool new printing methods planned out for future use by Threadless? Or if you do is it top secret and are you guys not allowed to talk about it?
