Where's My Submission?!

What happened to my submission?!

Yesterday I spent all day on the below design to get it just right. I then submitted it late last-night so it'd be up for voting in time for July 4th. But I just logged in and found it missing from my "Pending" list.

It's the simplest of all my designs but it's now missing?! What happened to it? Do I have to re-submit it?

I did. Nothing concerning reason for it dissapearing.
I've re-submitted it and it's lasted longer this time:
