about A Room With A View

So I got this shirt in the mail yesterday, unwrapped it and found a cut in the collar!! I guess my karma must be jacked up because this is the SECOND shirt to have a problem with!! AH! I love the shirt and hate to send it back along with 'We are all made of Carbon' but I think there should be some compensation for it!! AArrgghh...I'll be sending some pics of the stain and cut t o customer service and we will see from there....

Send back both of them.

If it's not your fault they'll replace them.

Your fault meaning, that the cut came about by you opening the package with a sharp object.

Do they keep an extra stock of the shirts? Both of them are sold out and there would be no way unless they reprinted both of them.

yea, we keep a few extras but you're not guaranteed anything. If it's all gone we'll give you store credit.

You should also get credit for having to ship them back too since they were defective.
