Has anyone made a comment about interpreting the white in a Sin City sort of way?

I haven't been bothered to read the 3786945 blogs about how much the white and silver is hated, so sorry if I'm repeating someone.

I'm not saying this in an "OMG it's just like Sin City!" way (I don't like the movie, personally, I actually don't like the shirt either, that's not the point), but someone could. And hey, that's kind of a cool interpretation of the color, right?

Of course I'm right.

are you talking about how sin city is in black and white? (i'm just basing this on the previews/commercials i saw, haven't seen the actual movie)

it's probably just a coincidence

I'm not saying they purposely did it that way, I'm just commenting that someone could look at it that way and maybe not be so outraged or pissed off that "Oh no, the blood/butterflies aren't red!"

Parts of Sin City had the blood colored white, that was more my thought.

little avant did, ohh that's meh, i'm a huge frank miller fan, bought all the comics of sin city, jim lee did a tribute in the name of 'deathblow' (image comics). check out, no serious, representing here, word up, the frank miller written / geoff darrow drawn comic 'hard-boiled'. a-fook-amazing, and and and check out frank miller's 'elektra lives again', and then you'll be awesome as your breasts, eh? yea!

I don't think it looks that bad.

The new colors reminded me of Sin City too. I actually like the new colors, it makes the design seem more....artsy? Open to interpretation? I don't know. But I like it.

I already have the grey with pink butterflies, but I'm thinking of buying this one too...the only downside is this is not exactly a work appropriate shirt, so I don't know if I'd really have use for two, since I'm at work most of the day anyway.

Ah, yeah, two of my requested reprints are JC Was a Streaker, and God and Dog. I work around a bunch of ridiculously conservative Christian ladies, so I could never wear them except in the evenings. And weekends, they'd make good weekend shirts.
