I ordered a shirt on Dec. 4, took 8 days to package.

Actually I love threadless but this is a poor part in customer service...because lots of companies out there hire extra bodies during the holiday season.. I mean if you know you're going to have alot of sales...why not be prepared? Not to mention the load of work the employees already have to do... Mr. Threadless boss... HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! Luckily everyone I got the shirts for is kinda busy...so I don't need them today..but before spring would be nice..

I was kinda hoping to get my shirts that I ordered on the 14th for Christmas so I could give them out as presents. Now I"ll just be telling people, "Hey, here's a nice shirt for you", whenever they arrive.

Order placed on 13th, packaged and shipped on the 28th.

Same here... I just got a Confirmation today after like 3 weeks. I understand that folks are busy but I wanted to gift the tees to family and friends but had nothing to show for it..



Now I m waiting to gift it on New year's eve hopefully they get there by then.

Last time I bought a shirt... in like... November, before this... It cost like... 5$ for 8-13 day shipping. And it came in that time. But the 5$ shipping is now for like... 15-21 days or something?

You're not paying $5 for a shipping time. The $5 is the standard 3-5 days it takes the postal service to get it to you once it leaves our warehouse. Each order placed is put into a to do queque and that keeps growing and growing when we do crazy sales like we just had. I don't know how much clearer we could make it with the ship times. We have them on the product pages, in the check out and in the order confirmation emails.



For example... if you placed an order right now for standard shipping it says...

The shipping times listed by each ship method are how long it takes that carrier to ship the package. That does not include the time it takes for us to package your order.



If you needed it for Christmas why would you ignore all of that info and use standard shipping. In my opinion the $7 extra for 2 day shipping is well worth it because next day and second day orders are given priority and are shipped out first each time we import new orders.

Well I don't mind the shipping time but the order is never confirmed that's what my question is about. I placed an order about 3 weeks ago but it just got confirmed - that kind of scares me if the order hasn't been confirmed -- the stock for the shirt could be gone.



You know what I mean... ?

I think that email just went into an internet black hole for a while.



The second your send us your order the shirts are taken out of stock for you and your card is charged.



Your last order placed was shipped yesterday the 28th

Well I really do understand your guys' situation about so many orders coming in and shipping them but I don't think you can just blame the confirmation email like it was delayed because every order I have placed in the past - I got the email confirmation after a long time. So I can see it happening once but not all the time.



So now that the order was shipped like on the 28th -- now I should count the shipping time (5-7 days) .... ?
