Stolen Design

about Sally Finds A Stray

http://closeup.de This website is in German, but do a search for "Go Ask Your Dad." They have basically stolen the concept for my original "Sally Finds a Stray" design. I am e-mailing the company about it right now, but if anyone has any other suggestions, please help me out!

Yep, that's really unfortunate. BOOOO for stolen designs! I guess it's hard to tell who stole from who, however the similarity is painfully apparent...it's pretty much a reversal of the same illustration!

I apologize for writing "it's hard to tell who stole from who," because you obviously wouldn't have brought it to our attention otherwise. This is terrible. I hope that Threadless can keep those other companies from stealing designs like yours.

I guess you could get a lawyer to send a "cease and desist" letter but it's tough with them being in another country. Best of luck!
