making your design happen if you have paintshop pro 7?
I'm really set on entering some ideas, and I've been a member of threadless for over a year. I've never even submitted anything.

But I would really like to. I have ideas, but I don't know how to make a vector thats not completely shitty looking.

If anyone is interested in showing me some tutorials, or talking to me/telling me how to create a vector then my AIM screen name is in my profile.

Thank you for your time,
Laurel

I use PSP a lot. I like it better than illustrator. Your designs don't have to be vector. A high-quality raster is fine, too.

better than Photoshop, I mean.

I also use Illustrator.

Yis I did. Thank you for your help. I did attempt an idea I had, but it turned out really sloppy and vulgar looking. (Although it wasn't supposed to look like someone giving a bj).

Also, unique colors, the pixels don't count as separate colors in the design itself right?

I'm not sure. I'd turn off anti-aliasing just in case (that's what makes different shades of pixels on the edges appear so the design looks smooth. there should be a check box on one of the toolbars to turn it on or off)

Yeah, I always turn the alias on. Turning it off doesn't make it too pixely or sharp, does it?
I usually use things I google to outline as a model or something you know? Is that how you make the rasters?

Thank you so much for all youir help, btw.

If you make it large enough to begin with, it shouldn't look to pixely when you resize it for the shirt. Make sure you use the correct resizing method so you don't get aliasing when you make it smaller. I forget which one does it, but the help file explains it pretty well (that's how I learned, anyway). I've gotta go to bed now, good luck.
