I don't think #12 is right. It's not even known how the moon was formed; many people think it was once a part of the earth, which would of course date its formation as more recent than Earth's age.



Also, if it's true that most/all of the elements in the universe (which would include the planets) were synthesized by fusion reactions in stars, then it is almost certainly the case that the sun is older than the earth.
