I'm in philly a lot... there are a lot of good museums to go to. what sorts of things are you into?

i'm not huge on museums...but if there's anything really notable i'd probably check it out.

oh, I know one thing you could do - go to Pat or Geno's steakhouse and get an authentic philly cheesesteak.

or you could to South Street.. there are a lot of cool shops and stuff

I second South Street. The art museum is good. Never been to Pat's/Geno's because I'm a vegetarian. The science museum and Moore College of Art are at 20th & the Parkway. Moore has a lot of galleries if you're into free art. There's decent theatre (assuming you're not from NYC or London)...I would avoid the orchestra at the moment because the principles are on vacay. Valley Forge isn't too far away if you'll have a car. There's also a lot of stuff you can do in the 'burbs too.

2nd st. has many art galleries also

Rita's is another thing that you might consider.

The historic stuff usually only takes about an hour to see since it's all in one spot.

I went to Philly once and I saw Ben Franklin or a painting of him.
