are there any freeware tools out there that will let me design graphics for t-shirts? i have a few ideas kicking around in my head but do not have access to photoshop or freehand. help would be appreciated. if none exist, just tell me instead of yelling at me. thanks.

whoops

anyway. Here's a nice freeware 'Photoshop' app. I only used it because it has a great JPEG compressor, but I've heard good things about it's usefulness in a Photoshop way.

I think it was originally designed for Linux, but it can be run on any platform (or, if not any, at least the most common ones)
