I want to print YOUR design PLEASE.

So, this is probably low, but I'm hoping a few of you will embrace the opportunity...

My name is Adam Taylor, I'm a PA based singer/songwriter. I was at one time a huge threadless fan, although I haven't bought a t-shirt for about a year, I always check back on mondays to see the new stuff.

Anyways, all my merch designs are due to my label by TOMORROW and ALAS, I have no merch designs (actually, I do but they are VERY poor).

When I think GREAT design, I think Threadless. Anyways, I'm looking for willing individuals to donate a design of there's because I am in a pinch. Obvious alterations will be made (to fit my name in somewhere. As an artist, I understand this blasphemy, as a business man, I don't care).

Compensation can be discussed, I can't promise the world :[ but a free couple shirts + CD are definitely in order. You scratch my back, I scratch yours. I have a pretty big network, in case one of your competing designs needs LOTS of promo help from good old myspace ;]

I love it when other people use my designs and claim they're theirs. That's like any designer's/artist's ultimate goal.

i feel a bit sad for anyone who gets in on this deal.
why don't you print your own designs instead of riding on the coat tails of better designers, especially if you can't offer them the payment they deserve??? not even a cut percentage of what you eventually sell????

and your promoting a tshirt line on myspace only? this deal sounds major crummy.

No no no no, not a t-shirt line. This is merch. And of course I'd give credit where credit is due. I never said payment isn't an option, I just can't promise the world.

After spending close to 6 grand already on the project, I can't offer the payment threadless does. I'm not looking to rip anyone off, I was just looking for a designer who might want to embrace the opportunity to have their design printed.

I'm looking for artists willing to sell me their designs.

I'm a musician and not a very great graphic artist. And not a very good bank either...
