whats the deal with gift certificates?
i just tried to order some but it kept rejecting my card. when i rang the bank they told me that three transactions went though.

how does the process usually work? do they email them to you because i've received nothing and there is no history of the orders in my account where it lists all of my others. :/

i have sent a customer service email but i'm just trying to put my mind at ease here and work out what is going on.

I tried to order a GC as part of an order today and couldn't get through either. I wonder if they're just messed up right now.

i don't know but check with your bank because even though mine appeared to not go through i was till billed for them.

me too and it went through three times. some of them got rejected as duplicate orders but i was trying to use a coupon and i thought that might have been messing it up so i changed the order a few times and then tried again.

I'm not sure what's up with GC's but we're still selling a few. You'll have to wait and see if customer service can help you but if you tried to submit an order and it was declined or did not process properly, the funds are automatically held. They will never be charged to your card, but will be pending until the funds are released, which can take up to 30 days. This is something we have no control over. Contract your card company to determine how to speed up the release of the funds



Not really related to this but I will say it anyway...

We use a delay capture when processing cards so their will be an authorization on the initial purchase and then the delay/capture charge. Check your account again in a few days and the second charge should be gone.

ok, i'm confused.... i've ordered 2 GCs and i haven't recieved the emails for them yet. whats going on, because i know i was billed for them (2 50$ ones!!)
