    "I'm not entirely familiar with the black speech mode, and I don't think anyone ever will be considering there's only the one sample, but the text above is copied off of the one ring:

    Ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul

    which of course means "One ring to rule them all and in the darkness bind them." Unfortunately to those of us nerdy enough to have learned to read Tengwar, the guys who made that design missed the last two diacritics (tehtar) which cuts out two vowels, so the design actually reads

    Ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimptl

    which means "one ring to rule them all and in the darkness learn to spell"

    Also the two markings on the right are a decorative flourish that appears on the one ring's inscription, but the corresponding markings are missing on the left hand side."
