• bhoomika - interesting, but i have to know them really well for me to enter their household like that.
  
  if i were to do date rape, i would have to know someone who has been date raped, and is willing to be documented. i don't think people would be willing to be photographed for that, and that would be a bit hard because i would be only catching the aftermath, unless the guy is in jail or something.
  
  5napple - shoes is interesting, but it's not very socially relevant. they are just objects, and not interesting to a lot of people. unless i did it on a really dedidicated shoes saleman

• haha i loveeee taking pictures now! i've gotten so much better at it... i think i'll jsut rent the camera from the school one day for fun rather than class hehe.

• hmmm. bafocomics, that's interesting how you put it. i kind of like the tourist idea because i know i probably wouldn't be able to enter the building of where the worker worked unless i knew them well, and i don't really know anyone who works in NYC.
  
  but there may only be one angle to it though, just seeing them at tourist locations... there isn't much of a story there other than them going from one location to the next UNLESS i can see them in their hotel rooms or visiting their families relaxing. but we'll see.

• bhommika. my women's center is also the LGBT center too. they meet there all the time. hmm. good idea about contacting them in nyc. aww thanx. if i do end up picking that topic i might consult you about the angles i can work that issue in.
