And what id the design is gonna win in all contests/t-shirt sites you've submitted to? ;) I see a lot of these practices lately and I think it's rather bad etiquette to do it. Threadless.com Design Submission Legal Terms says you have to wait for 90 days, to have back full rights to reproduce your design elsewhere.
I'll keep screenshots and link to the other site as an evidence just in case someone wants the proof ;)
I'm sorry for being that tough about the code. I was making leaflet designs with this kind of codes two months ago, so ATM I'm highly allergic to inappropriate use of these.
The design itself is rather interesting and innovative concept. I will definitely rate it better with changed QR code.

You just took random code-stock (flashcode.png) from a French site instead of generating and hiding in the code something wise i.e. address of US government site or the country name.
In current form this t-shirt is useless so lame :( Better google for: 'Max Planck Institute Chinese calligraphy' - it's well known (rather disastrous) case of using things you don't understand/read before public use...
