  • Ok. So he traced a photo, which is a commonly accepted and practiced custom. It would be a valid copyright infringement if the artist put that specific photo directly on the shirt, but he vectored it instead, making it his own artwork. As far as originality, of course it is unoriginal, but personally, if it is a nice-looking shirt, I'll buy it. Once again - this is NOT a copyright violation. Thanks.
