Yeah! I wear this shirt for two years now. But I didn't know yet what's the meaning of this shirt. Perhaps there is no meaning...
A fact is, that the sign, the white cross on red is like the flag of my country, switzerland. I don't think that the designer took it because it's the swiss flag.
But for me, it is very cool to wear it. In switzerland there are some patriots who wear red shirts with white crosses, but I wear it with a Alfred Hitchcock on it... Switzerland is cool, but Hitchcock is cooler.
