Aww that makes me sad
I'm really sad because i dont have the programs required to submit a t-shirt design and i was really hyped up and thinking of awesome designs i could do. curse not having photoshop or adobe illustrator! *sigh*

google "the gimp" (maybe gimp.org / com or something)...it's a free program that works pretty well, l'd imagine, as a photoshop substitute. maybe.

GIMP is nice to have, but I have Adobe PS CS and Adobe Illustrator 10. Macromedia Flash MX too.

If you can't even find PS for Free on the internet makes me laugh that you think you can do "awesome designs". =]

i heard the gimp is almost exaclty like PS, just free. probably your best bet
