I got an invitation for design exhibition. I plan to send some of my designs that were submitted to Threadless. I've tried to find the legal matter or copyright regulations for threadless submission in the web but couldn't find any. So far what I've notice is the 90 days rules for submission that mentioned by some people in the blogs.
Can anyone help me here about any references on this matter? Thanks!

not sure just email tehm im pretty sure theyd be okay with is as long as you arent goign to make more shirts from teh designs

I asked them a similar question recently, and this was their response..

It' ok to submit a design to Threadless as long as the image you are submitting hasn't been printed on t shirts and sold commercially. Alot of people will print posters, mugs...whatever they want of their design, but we can't accept a design if it's already been used on tshirts. We also don't like it if you submit the design to be voted on at other t shirt websites, because they're all totally lame!

thanks DaniellesGarden, so it's ok to send my unprinted design to the exhibition... but I still need that reference to make sure.

Maybe I just send them email..
